Today I was in Echuca and finally remembered to spend my voucher I received for my birthday last year - lucky it would have ran out tomorrow !! I bought this beautiful wooden lantern and the RELAX word from The Complete Garden. The Lantern will go to the centre of our buffet which is currently housing my beautiful flowers

Today I went to a Thermo Mix Demonstration - Best Demonstration ever - 6 course meal - The demonstrator cooks and talks - you eat and talk !!! A Sad Day for me today, today I sold my car. The Barbie Truck as she has been fondly known us for the past 6 years has now gone to a new home and hopefully they will love her as much as I have. This was taken as I was pulling out of the drive way this morning as we drove down to Melbourne to her new owners.

I know I am cheating today - 2 photos - But I didn't have a good photo with both things in it !!

Tonight Hubby and I went to my farewell from a school I worked at for 9 years.

I was given the beautiful clock from the school and the massive bunch of flowers from a family.

I was truly blessed to work in such a wonderful little school for so long and have made some wonderful friends and worked with some amazing people over my time - it was a sad evening yet a lovely chance to say goodbye.

Small schools will always hold a special spot in my life and I think it was wonderful environment for a child to receive their education - Small schools play a very important yet mostly

un-recognised part in the education world.

Today we took my car to meet some people who are interested in buying it. On the way home we decided to come home a different way via Redesdale. It was a lovely day for drive. We noticed this Eternity Sign on the way home- I was impressed you could read it in the photo considering we were going 100km when I took it ( I wasn't driving).

This is one our local churches - We've been to weddings and Christenings at this church - It is such a beautiful building but unfortunately it is fall down and the church doesn't have the money to fix it :(

Today we travelled to Geelong to our niece's baptism. It was fantastic service - the priest was a character ! And of course our niece was super cute - it was our first cuddles with her - such a precious little princess

What a weekend of beautiful weather !!

A friend asked me to do her some family photos a while ago and we've tried a few times but things that have come up and never got to it !! This weekend the weather was asking for photos !! We set out this afternoon - even though the family were not in the mood, we still had a go and managed to get some good shots ! This one is obviously not the family, but one of the magnificent buildings we have in Bendigo !

As you know our little man Dukey is not well - his eye is improving but he is still not himself !! He is wanting serious body contact time- he would usually lay on the end of the couch on his mat - and only occasional lay on us. But this week he is certainly a lap dog - this is us having a little afternoon nap on the couch together !!
