Lawn Mowing Day !!1 girl, 1 lawn mower, 2 fills of petrol, 1.5 hours and 18 mossie bites later - the lawns were mowed !!
There is something bizarrely therapeutic about mowing a lawn- I would rather mow a lawn all day than vacuum believe me !!
Other than mowing the lawn I was very busy killing locust !! They said we'd have a secondary hatching and they are right !! My goodness- just in our block alone there are hundreds- maybe thousands - I tried to mow as many as I could !! I hope the big mumma locust doesn't come and get me for killing her babies !! Best to keep that bug screen on the car for a little while longer !!
