I love Sushi !! Today I had a go at making it myself !! I managed the rolling and it tasted fantastic but I need to work on how to roll so that the ingredients are in the middle rather than on the edge !! Still though I was impressed with my efforts - I'll certainly do it again !

I put my rice down except for the farest inch width away from me, put my filling along the edge closest to me and roll from the edge closest to me. I think the trick is that you don't need the rice as thick as you think you do.
