There sure is a food theme this week !!Today we had a lovely day at my brother's house for Good Friday. My family are full of chefs and excellent cooks - unfortunately that gene skipped me !! My Brother and his wife cooked the most magnificent lunch for us. Being Good Friday we had a delicious arrangement of seafood - yummy my favourite !! My Sister inlaw''s father and I were the only ones who ate oysters - as he was travelling after lunch I was VERY lucky to bring home with me a dozen oysters - which I ate with delight for dinner !! It was a lovely day and we finished off with a competition of Mario Kart !!
